Seared Beef Tenderloin with Fresh Rosemary and Horseradish 4 ounces: Beef tenderloin 1 tablespoon: Horseradish 2 ounces: Worcestershire Sauce ½ tablespoon: Fresh Rosemary 1tsp: Chopped Garlic 1tsp: Black pepper ½ tsp: Olive oil Directions 1. In a bowl or Ziploc bag combine all ingredients with the exception of the oil. 2. Heat a sauté pan and add the oil. Sear the meat on both sides. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Minimum of 140ºF internal temperature. Yields: 2 2oz portions
