Weekly Weight Management Class Topics

We have had request from Lifetime members for us to post the class topics. I will be happy to do that, but I want to stress that each class is important for overall weight loss success. We try to have a good combination of exercise, nutrition, and behavioral class topics. Lifetime members are required to come to class once per month and active members need to come weekly.
