Elegant Dance Company will be here on August 9th at 6:00pm! The weekly class topic on Monday August 9th is Shopping Smart. If you are on full Optifast and do not want to attend the class, the ballroom dance class will be a great alternative! Elegant Dance Company will allow you to bring your spouse’s with you… or you can come alone, either will be great! If you are interested in attending the free ballroom dance, please sign up during the next weekly weight management class. The instructor Antonio will give you 3 choices and the type of dance that is selected the most will be taught on August 9th. Your choices are: 1) Salsa/ Meringue 2) Swing Dance 3) Foxtrot/ Tango
