Easy Directions for Setting Omron Pedometer
Important:

Find out your stride length before placing battery in pedometer. If you are not concerned about programming exact stride length you can opt to use an average and skip step 1.

Step One:

Using a long tape measure, calculate how many inches you walk in 10 steps. Divide by 10 and convert to feet and inches. Example: 21 feet and 6 inches 258 divided by 10 =25.8 (2 feet, 1.8 inches)

Step Two:

Unscrew back of pedometer with tool provided and place battery inside with positive side facing up. Screw back on.

Step Three:

Use "memory" button to adjust to correct hour and lock it in by pressing "set" button. Repeat to set the correct minutes to the hour.

Step Four:

Use "memory" button to adjust your correct weight and lock that number in by using "set" button.
